Science laboratory

To promote all round development of the trainees, the students are given training in the psychological experiments.

It is equipped with all the necessary equipments and apparatus to meet the requirements of the high school and Higher secondary school level.

Library

The college library is well equipped and has a good collection of reference, sourcs of books and journals. More than 10500 books are available in the library. Our Library subscribes 60 periodicals both national and international including newspapers and popular magazines.

Holdings

The holdings include resources on a wide range of disciplines like Psychology, Education, Statistics, Environmental Science, Sociology, Tamil, Religion, Philosophy, Biography, Technology, history, General Knowledge etc.,. The collection also includes back volumes of journals.

Our Library has a good number of reference books like Encyclopedia Britannica, Lexicon Universal Encyclopedia, Funk and Wagnall’s New Encyclopedia, Complete Medical and Health Encyclopedia, The world of Science, Encyclopedia of modern methods of Teaching and Learning, Encyclopedia of Contemporary Education, Encyclopedia of Techniques of Teaching, Encyclopedia of Education for all, Encyclopedia of New India and Educational Planning, Encyclopedia of sports, health and Physical Education, NET/SLET books of various disciplines etc. are very important collection and we have dictionaries for all the subjects.

The Library is kept open from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM on all the working days.

Library Rules and Regulations

• Students are necessary to get library ID card.
• Library ID cards are non transferable at any circumstance.
• Books are issued for one week only.
• Reference books and periodicals are not issued out of library building
• Issued books returned after due date attract overdue charges.
• Readers are not allowed to bring personal books or any printed materials and other personal belongings
• Writing in books, magazines etc, tearing of pages, drawing diagrams and figures on the pages will be seriously dealt with.
